Stunning steak: The sequel

Just as an extra on the perfect steak post, when the steaks are half cooked, you can add onions, mushrooms or asparagus to the pan, not too many though so the pan retains the fierce heat it needs. They then get to cook in all those rich and dark flavours. Delicious. I'm also going to investigate the recipe for the perfect chimichurri sauce, a favourite to go with the rib eye.
